Regular Membership in the foundation is open to all descendants of Thomas¹ Munson, their spouses and legally adopted children. The initiation fee is $30 and the annual dues are $15.

Associate Membership is granted to individuals and institutions who have no known relationship to Thomas Munson. The initiation fee is $20 and the annual dues are $15. Associate Members receive the same benefits as Regular members except are not eligible to vote on Foundation business, or hold office on the Board of Directors.

Life Memberships are available to both Regular and Associate Members with a one-time initiation fee of $250.00.
